By entering the Miller Roofing Roof Giveaway (“Giveaway”), participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Walker County, Cullman County, and surrounding Alabama counties, age 18 or older.

Entrants must be the owner of a single-family residential property located within Miller Roofing’s service area.

Employees of Miller Roofing and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter, call 205-384-9768 or submit this form during the Entry Period and provide your name, address, and contact information.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entry Period
The Entry Period begins on August 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on September 13, 2025.

Winner Selection & Announcement
The winner will be randomly selected and announced on or around September 15, 2025.

The winner must respond within 3 business days of being contacted. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a roof replacement covering up to 2,500 sq. ft. of roof area, using Tamko Heritage Shingles and standard accessories, installed by Miller Roofing.

If the roof exceeds 25 squares (2,500 sq. ft.), Miller Roofing will provide a custom estimate for the additional area, which will be presented to the homeowner.

Prize includes the standard Tamko manufacturer’s warranty and a 2-year Miller Roofing workmanship warranty.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted.

Limitations & Conditions
The prize applies to a standard residential shingle roof installation only. It does not include structural repairs, decking replacement beyond code minimums, or upgrades.

The winner is responsible for any additional costs outside the included scope.

The project must be scheduled and completed by December 31, 2025, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Miller Roofing reserves the right to verify homeownership and inspect the property before final approval.

Marketing & Use of Winner Info
The winner agrees to allow the use of their name, county, and photos of the completed project in Miller Roofing’s marketing and social media promotions.

General Terms
Miller Roofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time without notice.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Miller Roofing and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
