Miller Roofing Roof Giveaway Terms & Conditions
By entering the Miller Roofing Roof Giveaway (“Giveaway”), participants agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Jasper, Cullman, and surrounding Alabama communities, age 18 or older.

Entrants must be the owner of a single-family residential property located within Miller Roofing’s service area.

Employees of Miller Roofing, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
To enter, call 205-384-9768 (Jasper) or 256-734-9762 (Cullman) during normal business hours and provide your name, property address, and contact information.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

Entry Period
Entries will be accepted from July 1, 2025 through August 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM Central Time.

The winner will be randomly selected and announced on or around August 15, 2025.

Prize
One (1) winner will receive a roof replacement valued up to $8,500, including up to 25 squares of Tamko Heritage Shingles and standard accessories, installed by Miller Roofing.

If the winner’s roof exceeds 25 squares, they will receive an $8,500 credit toward their full roof replacement.

Prize includes standard Tamko manufacturer’s warranty and a 2-year Miller Roofing workmanship warranty.

No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted. Prize is non-transferable.

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by phone or email using the contact information provided at entry.

If the winner does not respond within 5 business days, Miller Roofing reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

The winner agrees to allow their name, city, and a photo of the completed project to be used in Miller Roofing’s marketing materials and social media.

Limitations & Conditions
The prize applies to a standard residential shingle roof installation. It does not include upgrades, structural repairs, decking replacement beyond code minimums, or other non-standard work.

The winner is responsible for any additional costs if their chosen materials or scope of work exceed the prize value.

The project must be scheduled and completed by December 31, 2025, unless otherwise agreed to by Miller Roofing.

Miller Roofing reserves the right to verify homeownership and inspect the roof prior to confirming eligibility.

General Terms
Miller Roofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without notice.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Miller Roofing and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.
